1. Processing Time

We require 2–3 business days to process your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

If you have ready-to-ship items, use 1–2 days. If you make products after ordering, use 5–7 days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with the following carriers:

·         DHL Express – for international and express shipping

·         FedEx – for express shipping

5. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Please note:

·         Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

·         International delivery typically takes 7–21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

·         We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in the destination country.

6. Cut-off Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be processed the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

7. Non-Working Days

We do not process or ship orders on:

·         Saturdays and Sundays

·         Public holidays (Eid, New Year, etc.)

Orders placed on these days will be processed on the next business day.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

·         An email or SMS with your tracking number

·         A link to track your shipment

·         Estimated delivery date

You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

9. What We Are Not Responsible For

We are not liable for:

·         Delays caused by the shipping carrier (weather, logistical issues, etc.)

·         Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer

·         Customs delays, duties, or taxes for international orders
